Ryan Brewer’s class was the one I finally found after trying dozens of teachers looking for someone authentic, challenging, and gentle. If you’re looking to explore new places physically and/or spiritually, you will be given the space and guidance to do so in Ryan’s class. Heart-centered, serious, funny, Ryan brings it. Seriously, try this class.
After taking the Introduction to Tantric Dance of Feminine Power class with Nita Rubio last night, i realized what a truly wondeful place the Hub was to offer such a diverse set of classes. Nita was moving and inspirational. I highly recommend coming to this studio and learning about the different offerings it has...

Looking on the world wide web for a yoga studio, I wasn't looking for a place where I didn't have to wait in line or do my hair and make-up to go to class. I was looking for a place with some awesome teachers and people, when I came across the Hub. First two classes free! Yes, please.
I took my first class at the Hub with the awesome Meagan McCrary, and was inspired by her love for yoga, which was fabulous, but what made the experience a winner was that after class I found myself hanging out for an hour or so with a bunch of the Hub's teachers just chit chatting about yogic things and not-so-yogic things.
The teachers were accessible and I enjoy all of them. Each has a unique personality, a special focus, passion, and sense of humor. Being at the Hub is like being at Cheers without the cocktails ... you can take a break from all your worries (sure would help a lot), everybody knows your name, they're always glad you came, and our troubles are all the same ... I had found my new kula.

Walter Spatny has such amazing energy. Everyone is walking out of his workshop ike they are floating on air. He is definitely someone not to be missed.
